Our Proven Process

  • ANALYSIS & PROFORMA

    We work directly with your team to evaluate the usage and cost of water within your portfolio. Once we have an acute understanding of consumption, we build a Retrofit Proforma projecting cost reductions and ROI. All of our preparation work is done at no cost to you.

  • PILOT & RETROFIT

    Using our Retrofit Proforma as a roadmap, we begin engagement by retrofitting 1 or 2 buildings in your portfolio with our advanced shower heads, dual flush system and faucet regulator. After reviewing the Pilot’s result with management, we plot a rollout course in partnership with your team providing full installation support.

  • SAVINGS & REPORTING

    Once your portfolio has been Redux’d, we track water and cost savings and send monthly management reports. We typically save 20-30% on a portfolio. If we are underperforming we will dig deeper into potential causes and find solutions at no extra cost to you.
